चंद्रपूर : गावातील नागरिकांची जनावरे चारायला घेऊन गेलेल्या दोन गुराख्यावर वाघाने हल्ला करून ठार केले. ही घटना आज, बुधवारी सकाळी नऊ वाजण्याच्या सुमारास चिचपल्ली वनपरिक्षेत्रातील कवळपेठ जंगलात घडली. या घटनेने शेतकरी, शेतमजूर व गुराखी भयभीत झाले आहेत. नानाजी निकेसर ( वय 53) व ढिवरू वासेकर (वय 55) असे मृत गुराख्यांची नावे असून दोघेही एकाच चिचाळा गावातील रहिवासी होते.

मुल तालुक्यातील चिचपल्ली वनपरिक्षेत्रातील कवळपेठ जंगलात चिचाळा येथील गुराखी नानाजी निकेसर व ढिवरू वासेकर यांनी गावातील नागरिकांचे जनावरे बुधवारी सकाळी चारायला घेऊन गेले होते. साडेनऊच्या सुमारास कवळपेठ परिसरातील जंगलात जनावरे चरत असताना दबा धरून बसलेल्या पट्टेदार वाघाने ह्या दोन्ही गुराख्यावर हल्ला चढविला. यामध्ये दोघांनाही वाघाने जागीच ठार केले. बराच वेळ होउनही दोन्ही गुराखी घरी न आल्याने काही नागरिकांनी जंगलात येऊन पाहिले असता, दोन्ही गुराख्यांचे मृतदेह आढळून आले.

तत्काळ चिचपल्ली वनपरिक्षेत्राधिकारी यांना घटनेची माहिती देण्यात आली. वनपरिक्षेत्राधिकारी प्रियंका वेलमे व मूल वनपरिक्षेत्राचे वनपरिक्षेत्र अधिकारी घनश्याम नायगमकर यांनी घटनेची पाहणी करुन पंचनामा केला. दोन्ही गुराख्यांचे मृतदेह उत्तरीय तपासणीकरीता उपजिल्हा रुग्णालय मूल येथे पाठविण्यात आले. वनपरिक्षेत्राधिकारी प्रियंका वेलमे यांनी दोन्ही मृतकांच्या कुटुंबियांना तातडीने प्रत्येकी 30 हजार रुपयांची मदत करून कुटुंबियांचे सांत्वन केले.

The tiger attacked and killed two cowherds who were taking the animals of the villagers for grazing.  This incident took place today, Wednesday morning at around nine o'clock in the Kavalpeth forest of Chichappally forest area.  Farmers, farm laborers and herdsmen have been frightened by this incident.  The deceased cowherds have been identified as Nanaji Nikesar (aged 53) and Dhivru Wasekar (aged 55) and both were residents of the same Chichala village.

 Cowherds Nanaji Nikesar and Dhivaru Wasekar of Chichala took the animals of the villagers for grazing in the Kavalpeth forest of Chichapalli forest area of ​​Mul taluka on Wednesday morning.  Around 9:30 a.m., while the animals were grazing in the forest of Kavalpeth area, a striped tiger attacked these two cowherds.  Both were killed by the tiger on the spot.  As both the cowherds did not come home after a long time, some citizens came to the forest and found the dead bodies of both the cowherds.

 The Chichappally Forest Range Officer was immediately informed about the incident.  Forest Range Officer Priyanka Velme and Mula Forest Range Officer Ghanshyam Naigamkar inspected the incident and issued a panchnama.  The dead bodies of both the cowherds were sent to Upazila Hospital Mool for post-mortem.  Forest Range Officer Priyanka Velme immediately consoled the families of both the deceased by giving 30 thousand rupees each.
