चंद्रपूर : येथील आझाद गॉर्डन परिसरात संत अंद्रिया चर्च आहे. या देवालयास बुधवारी 119 वर्षे होत आहेत. त्याच्या वर्धापन दिनानिमित्त मागील दोन दिवसांपासून विविध कार्यक्रम सुरु आहेत. संत अंद्रिया चर्च 1903 साली बांधण्यात आले. संत अंद्रिया हे येशू ख्रिस्तांचे एक शिष्य होते. त्यामुळे त्यांचे नाव या चर्चला देण्यात आले आहे. या देवालयात जिवंत परमेश्वराची उपासना करण्यात येते. तसेच सर्वांसाठी उपासनेमध्ये प्रार्थना करण्यात येते. दर गुरुवारी हॉस्पिटलमध्ये अन्नदान करण्यात येते. या देवालयाच्या वर्धापन दिनानिमित्त 28 नोव्हेंबरपासून आत्मिक सभा घेण्यात आली. हैदराबाद येथील रेव्ह अर्नेस्ट मोहंती यांनी मार्गदर्शन केले.

बुधवारी भावगीत व भजन स्पर्धेचे आयोजन करण्यात आले आहे. संत अंद्रिया दिनाच्या आराधनेमध्ये नागपूर धर्मप्रांताचे बिशप रेव्ह पाल दुपारे व अन्य पालकगण उपस्थित राहणार आहेत. शांती, प्रेमभाव, सेवा, ख्रिस्तांनी शिकवलेला संदेश या कार्यक्रमातून देण्यात येत आहे. यशस्वीतेसाठी संत अंद्रियाचे पोस्टोरेट कमिटीने अथक परिश्रम घेत आहेत.

St Andrew's Church is located in the Azad Gordon area here.  This temple turns 119 years old on Wednesday.  On the occasion of his anniversary, various programs have been going on for the past two days.  St Andrew's Church was built in 1903.  Saint Andrew was a disciple of Jesus Christ.  Hence his name has been given to this church.  Living Lord is worshiped in this temple.  Also prayers are offered in worship for all.  Every Thursday, food is donated to the hospital.  On the occasion of the anniversary of this temple, a spiritual meeting was held from November 28.  Guided by Rev. Devotional and bhajan competition has been organized on Wednesday.  Rev. Pal Dupare, Bishop of Nagpur Diocese and other parents will be present in the Saint Andrew's Day worship.  Peace, love, service, the message taught by Christ is being given through this program.  St Andrew's Pastorate Committee is working tirelessly for its success.
