राजकीय पक्षाचे बॅनर काढण्यास गेलेल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना गुरुजी तर्फे शिव्यांची लाखोळी

घुग्घुस (चंद्रपूर) : पदवीधर शिक्षक मतदार संघाच्या निवडणूकीची घोषणा होवून आंचारसंहिता लागू झाली आहे. याच आचार संहितेमध्ये एका राजकीय पक्षाचे लावलेले बॅनर काढण्याकरीता गेलेल्या नगरपरिषदेच्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना राजकीय पक्षातील गुरूजींनी शिव्याची लाखोळी वाहिल्याने त्यांना बॅनर न काढताच परतून यावे लागले आहे. सध्या एका ठिकाणी टांगून असलेले एका राजकीय पक्षाच्या राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्षांच्या आगमणाचे फलकामुळे आचार संहिता भंग पावली नसेल का? असा प्रश्न राजकीय वर्तूळामध्ये विचारला जात आहे.
सध्या पदवीधर शिक्षक मतदार संघाच्या निवडणुका जाहीर झाल्या असून आदर्श आचारसंहिता 31 डिसेंबर पासून लागु झाली आहे.
आचारसंहितेमुळे नगरपरिषद प्रशासनाला घुग्घस शहरातील राजकीय फ्लेक्स व बॅनर काढण्याचे प्रशासनाचे निर्देश दिले आहे. आचारसंहितेचे पालन करीत शहरातील नगर परिषद हद्दीतील सर्व राजकीय पक्षाशी, व्यक्तींशी संबंधीत बॅनर काढण्याकरीता नगरपरिषद कर्मचाऱ्यांनी कंबर कसली आहे. तसेच सर्व राजकीय पक्षाच्या प्रमुख नेत्यांना राजकिय बॅनर हटविण्याच्या सुचना देण्यात आलेल्या आहेत. काही राजकीय पक्षांनी लगेच आपले बॅनर हटविले तर काहीं प्रमुख राजकीय व सत्ताधारी भाजपने अद्याप बॅनर हटविलेले नाही. त्यामुळे काल रविवारी (1 जानेवारी) ला बॅनर काढण्यास सुरूवात करण्यात आली. नगरपरिषदेचे कर्मचारी कर विभागाचे लिपिक शंकर पचारे, मोसीम कुरेशी, रविंद गोहकार, खुशाल गागरघुंडे व सफाईकर्मी काल दुपारी साडेतीनच्या सुमारास बस स्टँड परिसरातील अमृतचहा दुकानाच्या वरील मोठे होर्डिंग्जवर लावलेले बॅनर काढायला गेले होते. दरम्यान सताधारी पक्षाच्या नेत्यांने आपल्या सहकार्यासह त्याठिकाणी येऊन नगर परिषद कर्मचाऱ्यांना कंबरेखालील शिव्याची लाखोळी वाहिली.
शिक्षक हा समाजाचा आरसा असतो. भावीपिढीला आदर्श नितीमत्ता, संस्कार, देऊन जागृक नागरिक निर्माण करण्याचे पवित्र कार्य करतो. मात्र राजकारणातील गुरूजींनी शिव्याची लाखोळी वाहून आपल्या शिक्षकी पेशाचे प्रदर्शन केले आहे. काल झालेल्या घटनेच्या संदर्भात नगरपरिषद मुख्याधिकारी नायब तहसीलदार गादेवार, अभिषेक जांभुळे यांच्याकडून फोनद्वारे माहिती घेण्याचा प्रयत्न केला असता होऊ शकला नाही. रविवार सुटीचा दिवस असल्याने तसेच बस स्टँड परिसरात वर्दळ व नागरिकाची रेलचेल होती. परंतु पेशाने शिक्षक असलेल्या नेत्यांच्या तोंडातून शिव्यांची लाखोळी एकूण नागरिकही आश्चर्य व्यक्त करीत आहेत. आचार संहितेमध्ये आपले कर्तव्य पार पाडणाऱ्या नगरपरिषदेच्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना घाणेरड्या शिव्याची लाखोळी वाहणे राजकीय नेत्यांना अशोभणीय असल्याचे नागरिकांचे म्हणने असून या घटनेचा निषेष व्यक्त केल्या जात आहे.

Also, instructions have been given to the main leaders of all the political parties to remove the political banners. Some political parties immediately removed their banners while some major political parties and the ruling BJP have not yet removed their banners. Therefore, yesterday, Sunday (January 1), the banner was started to be removed. Municipal Council employees Tax Department Clerk Shankar Pachare, Mosim Qureshi, Ravind Gohkar, Khushal Gagarghunde and sweepers went to remove the banners placed on the big hoardings of the Amritcha shop in the bus stand area around 3:30 yesterday afternoon. Meanwhile, the leaders of the ruling party came there with their support and hurled insults at the city council employees.
A teacher is a mirror of society. It does the sacred work of creating enlightened citizens by imparting ideal ethics, sanskar to the future generation. But Guruji in politics has demonstrated his teaching profession by carrying Shiva's Lakholi. In connection with yesterday's incident, an attempt was made to get information from Municipal Council Chief Naib Tehsildar Gadewar, Abhishek Jambhule over the phone, but could not be reached. As Sunday was a holiday, there was a rush of people and traffic in the bus stand area. But the lakhs of insults from the mouths of leaders who are teachers by profession are also expressing surprise to the general public. Citizens say that it is indecent for political leaders to abuse municipal council employees who are performing their duty in the code of conduct and this incident is being condemned.
