• नियुक्ती होऊनही अधिकाऱ्याला रूजू होण्याची अॅलर्जी
• अधिकारीच निर्माण करताहेत चिमूर जिल्हा निर्मितीवर प्रश्नचिन्ह
चंद्रपूर : चिमूर जिल्ह्याची अद्याप घोषणा झाली नसली तरी या ठिकाणी इन्फ्रास्ट्रॅक्चर तयार करून नागरिक, शेतकरी, शेतमजूरांना विविध सुविधा निर्माण करण्याचे काम सुरू आहे. 16 ऑगस्ट ला शहीद स्मृती दिन कार्यक्रमानिमीत चिमूरात आलेल्या राज्याच्या उप मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी सुविधा निर्माण करण्याभर दिला पण अधिकारीच चिमूरात येऊन रूजू व्हायला तयार नसल्याने चिमूर जिल्हा निर्मितीच्या प्रक्रीयेवर प्रश्नचिन्ह निर्माण होताना दिसून येत आहे. 16 ऑगष्ट 2022 ला चिमूर क्रांती शहिद सोहळ्यानिमित्त राज्याचे उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांची चिमूरात उपस्थिती होती. यावेळी जिल्हा निर्मितीची घोषणा होईल अशी अपेक्षा नागरिकांना होती परंतु एक जिल्हा करता येत नसल्याने राज्यात ज्यावेळी नवीन जिल्ह्यांची निर्मिती होईल त्यावेळी चिमुर जिल्ह्याचा अग्रकमाने विचार केला जाईल असे आश्वासन दिले. परंतु उप मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी मात्र जिल्हा निर्मितीकरीता लागणा-या इन्फ्रास्ट्रॅक्चर भर दिला. त्यामुळे जरी चिमूर जिल्हा झाला नसला तरी जिल्ह्याच्या ठिकाणी मिळणा-या सर्व सुविधा नागरिकांना चिमुरात मिळतील असे आश्वासन दिले.
चिमूर येथे यापूर्वीच अतिरिक्त जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयाला मंजूरी मिळाली आहे. मात्र महाविकास आघाडी सरकारच्या कार्यकाळात त्या कार्यालयाला ना अधिकारी मिळाले ना ते कार्यालय सुरू झाले. 16 ऑगसट ला उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस हे चिमूर येथे शहीद स्मृती दिन कार्यक्रमाला उपस्थित होणार असल्याने यावेळी कार्यालय लोकार्पण होण्याची पूर्ण तयार करण्यात आली होती. त्यापूर्वी या ठिकाणी एका अतिरिक्त जिल्हाधिकाऱ्याची नियुक्तीही झालेली आहे. परंतु अधिकारी महोदय अद्याप चिमूरात रूजू झाले नाही. त्यामुळे चिमूरात राज्याचे उपमुख्यमंत्री फडणवीस यांचे हस्ते हस्ते होणारा लोकार्पण सोहळा बारगळला. अधिकारी का रूजू झाले नाही, ते रूजू झाले नसल्याने त्यांच्यावर कार्यवाही होईल, एवढीच चर्चा जबाबदार लोकप्रतिनिधींकडून फक्त ऐकायला मिळाली.
1942 च्या स्वातंत्र्य लढ्यात चिमूरचे क्रांतीलढ्यातील योगदान मोठे आहे. चिमूरपासून चंद्रपूरचे जिल्ह्याचे अंतर लांब आहे. त्यामुळे चिमूर जिल्ह्याची मागणी चार दशकापासून होत आहे. चिमूर येथे महसूल भवनात वरच्या माळ्यावर अतिरिक्त जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयाचे फलकही लावण्यात आले. मात्र, नियुक्ती झालेल्या अधिकाऱ्यांचा थांगपत्ता नसल्याने ऑगस्ट क्रांतीदिनी होणारा लोकार्पण टळला. मोठे अधिकारी येणार म्हणून १५ दिवसांपुर्वी या कार्यालयाकरिता नायब तहसीलदार शुध्दा रुजू झाले. स्वतंत्र कक्ष तयार करण्यात आले. पण उपयोग काय ? असा प्रश्न नागरिक विचारू लागले आहेत. जिल्हा निर्मिती होत नाही म्हणून जिल्ह्याकरीता लागणारे कार्यालय तयार असायला हवेत असे खुद्द राज्याचे उपमुख्यमंत्री यांनीच शहीद दिनी जाहीररित्या सांगितले. परंतु आवश्यक सुविधा निर्माण होण्यात अधिकारीच अडसर ठरीत असल्याचे दिसून येत आहे. त्यामुळे येत्या दिवसातरी चिमूरात अतिरिक्त जिल्हाधिकारी रूजू होतील का? अशी अपेक्षा करणे नागरिकांकरीता व्यर्थ ठरू नये.

The citizens expected that the district formation would be announced at this time, but since one district could not be formed, he assured that Chimur district will be considered first when new districts are formed in the state. But the Deputy Chief Minister emphasized on the infrastructure required for district formation. Therefore, even though Chimur has not become a district, he assured that all the facilities available in the district will be available to the citizens in Chimur.An Additional Collector's office has already been approved at Chimur. But during the tenure of the Mahavikas Aghadi government, that office neither got an officer nor was the office started. On August 16, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will attend the Martyrs' Memorial Day program at Chimur, so preparations were made for the inauguration of the office. Before that, an additional district collector has also been appointed in this place. But the officer has not yet joined Chimur. Therefore, the dedication ceremony to be held by Deputy Chief Minister Fadnavis of the state in Chimur was delayed. The only discussion heard from the responsible public representatives was that why the officers did not join, that action will be taken against them as they did not join.
Chimur's contribution to the revolutionary struggle in 1942 is great. District distance from Chimur to Chandrapur is long. So the demand for Chimur district has been going on for four decades. At Chimur, additional collector's office plaques were also put up on the upper storey of the revenue building. However, the inauguration of the August Revolution Day was postponed due to the absence of the appointed officials. Naib Tehsildar Shuddha joined for this office 15 days ago as senior officers will come. A separate room was created. But what is the use? Citizens have started asking this question. The Deputy Chief Minister of the state himself publicly said on Martyr's Day that the offices required for the district should be ready as the district is not being formed. But it appears that the authorities are standing in the way of creating the necessary facilities. So, will the additional collector join Chimur in the coming days? This expectation should not be in vain for the citizens.
