चंद्रपूर : घुग्घुस येथून जवळच असलेल्या यवतमाळ जिल्ह्यातील वणी तालुक्यातील नायगांव फाटा येथे जिल्हा परिषद शाळेच्या एका शिक्षिकेवर गुरुवारी 18 ऑगस्ट रोजी वैशाली मशारकर (41) रा. चंद्रपूर या शिक्षिकेवर सायंकाळी चाकूने प्राणघातक हल्ला करण्यात आला होता. या हल्ल्याचा मास्टरमाईंड जखमी शिक्षिकेचा पतीच असल्याचे पुढे आले आहे. पोलिसांनी शुक्रवारी त्याला अटक केली. आरोपी पती हा नागपूर येथून प्रकाशित होणाऱ्या एका दैनिकाचा चंद्रपूर येथील जिल्हा प्रतिनिधी आहे. जितेंद्र मशारकर असे मास्टरमाईंड पतीचे नाव असून, त्याने पोलिसांपुढे गुन्ह्याची कबुली दिली आहे. याप्रकरणात आतापर्यंत पतीसह तिघांना अटक करण्यात आली आहे.

संजय राजेश पट्टीवार (रा.लालपेठ, चंद्रपूर), महम्मद राजा अब्बास अन्सारी (रा.चंद्रपूर) अशी ताब्यात घेण्यात आलेल्या उर्वरित दोन आरोपींची नावे आहेत. वणी तालुक्यातील नायगांव बु. येथील जिल्हा परिषद शाळेवर शिक्षिका म्हणून कार्यरत असलेल्या वैशाली चल्लावार या शाळा सुटल्यानंतर गुरुवारी सायंकाळी चंद्रपूर येथे परत जाण्यासाठी बेलोरा फाट्यावर बसची वाट पाहत असताना अचानक एका अज्ञाताने त्यांच्यावर चाकू हल्ला केला. यात त्यांच्या कानाजवळ जबर दुखापत झाली.


जिप शिक्षिकेवर भरदिवसा चाकू ‘हल्ला’; एक संशयित आरोपी अटकेत

ही घटना घडत असताना याच ठिकाणी काही विद्यार्थिनी व नागरिक उभे होते. हल्ला होताच, या ठिकाणी गोंधळ उडाला. काहींनी आरडाओरड केली. हल्ला करून आरोपी रस्त्यालगतच्या शेतात पळून गेला. यानंतर, माहिती मिळताच घटनास्थळी दाखल झालेल्या पोलिसांनी आणि नागरिकांनी आरोपी महम्मद राजा अब्बास याला शेतातून ताब्यात घेतले. पोलिसांनी गुरुवारी रात्री त्याची विचारपूस केली. तेव्हा त्याने गुन्ह्याची कबुली देत अन्य आरोपींची नावेदेखील पोलिसांना सांगितली. त्यावरून पोलिसांनी गुरुवारीच संजय राजेश पट्टीवार याला ताब्यात घेतले. या दोघांची चौकशी केली असता, हल्ल्यात जखमी झालेल्या वैशाली यांचा पती जितेंद्र मशारकर हा या हल्ल्याचा मास्टरमाईंड असल्याची बाब समोर आली. त्यावरून शुक्रवारी पोलिसांनी जितेंद्र मशारकर याला ताब्यात घेऊन विचारपूस केली. तेव्हा त्याने गुन्ह्याची कबुली दिली.

पतीनेच दिली पत्नीला जिवानिशी ठार मारण्याची ‘सुपारी'

वैशालीवर हल्ला करण्यासाठी जितेंद्र मशारकर याने हल्लेखोरांना पैसे देण्याचे आमिष दाखविले होते, ही बाबदेखील तपासातून पुढे आली आहे. शुक्रवारी सायंकाळी पोलिसांनी आरोपींना वणी न्यायालयापुढे उभे केले असता, त्यांना चार दिवसांची पोलीस कोठडी सुनावण्यात आली. हल्ल्यातील चाकू अद्याप हाती लागलेला नसून या प्रकरणाचा अधिक तपास पोलीस निरीक्षक गजानन कऱ्हेवार यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक रामेश्वर कांदुरे करीत आहेत.

पत्नीला संपविण्याचा यापूर्वी तीनदा झाला प्रयत्न

यापूर्वी तीन वेळा वैशाली यांना संपविण्याचा प्रयत्न करण्यात आला. मात्र सुदैवाने दोनही प्रयत्न अयशस्वी झाले. मागील काही महिन्यांपासून सातत्याने हल्ले होत असल्याने वैशालीने यासंदर्भात शिरपूर पोलीस ठाण्यासह चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यातील संबंधित पोलीस ठाण्यामध्ये निवेदन दिले होते. हे सगळे घडत असताना या घटनांमागे पतीचाच हात असल्याची तसूभरही शंका वैशाली यांना कधीच आली नव्हती.

The names of the remaining two accused are Sanjay Rajesh Pattiwar (District Lalpeth, Chandrapur), Muhammad Raja Abbas Ansari (District Chandrapur). Naigaon Bu in Vani Taluka. Vaishali Challawar, working as a teacher at a Zilla Parishad school here, was waiting for a bus to return to Chandrapur after school on Thursday evening at Belora Phata when an unknown assailant attacked her with a knife. In this, he suffered a severe injury near his ear.

Some students and citizens were standing at this place when this incident happened. As soon as the attack happened, the place was in chaos. Some screamed. After the attack, the accused fled to the roadside field. After this, the police and citizens who reached the spot on receiving the information arrested the accused Mohammad Raja Abbas from the farm. The police questioned him on Thursday night. Then he confessed to the crime and told the names of the other accused to the police. On that, the police arrested Sanjay Rajesh Pattiwar on Thursday itself. When these two were interrogated, it was revealed that Jitendra Masharkar, the husband of Vaishali, who was injured in the attack, was the mastermind of the attack. On Friday, the police detained Jitendra Masharkar and interrogated him. He then confessed to the crime.

Investigation has also revealed that Jitendra Masharkar had lured the attackers to pay money to attack Vaishali. When the police produced the accused before the court on Friday evening, they were remanded to four days police custody. The knife used in the attack has not yet been recovered and the case is being further investigated by Police Sub-Inspector Rameshwar Kandure under the guidance of Police Inspector Gajanan Karhewar.

Tried to kill his wife three times before

Attempts were made to kill Vaishali three times earlier. But luckily both the attempts failed. Since there have been continuous attacks for the past few months, Vaishali had given a statement in this regard to Shirpur Police Station and the concerned Police Station of Chandrapur District. While all this was happening, Vaishali never doubted that her husband was behind these incidents.
