घुग्घुस (चंद्रपूर) : घुग्घुस शहरात परत एकदा कोळसा चोरी उघड झाल्याने सर्वत्र खळबळ उडाली आहे. (उसगाव) येथिल महामिनरल्स बेनिफिशेशन प्रायव्हेट लिमिटेड कोल वॉशरीज मधून 26 सप्टेंबर रोजी MH 34 BG-6229 हा ट्रक घुग्घुस साखरवाही मार्गावरून ताडाळीच्या रेल्वे साईडिंगमध्ये 35 टनापेक्षा कोळसा रिकामा करण्यासाठी निघाला होता. मात्र हा ट्रक ताडाळी रेल्वे साईडिंगपर्यंत पोहोचला नाही.

काल गुरुवारला ( 29 सप्टेंबर ) कोल वॉशरीज व्यवस्थापनाने 'बालाजी' ट्रान्स्पोर्ट अंतर्गत कार्यरत असलेला ट्रक ( MH 34 BG 6229 ) विरोधात घुग्घुस पोलीस स्टेशनला तक्रार दाखल केली आहे.

काल सायंकाळी घुग्घुस पोलीस ठाण्याचे ठाणेदार बबन पुसाटे यांच्या पथकाने ट्रकचालक प्रदीप वासेकर याला याला ताब्यात घेऊन चौकशी केली. 26  तारखेच्या रात्री कोळसा भरलेला MH 34 BG 6229 हा ट्रक असल्याची माहिती मिळाली. 

बंद डांबर मिक्सिंग प्लांटमधून 35 टनांहून अधिक कोळसा रिकामा होत असल्याचे लक्षात येताच पोलिसांनी चालक प्रदीप वासेकर याला घटनास्थळी नेले असता डांबर प्लांटमध्ये काही टन कोळसा पडलेला दिसला. आता घुग्घुस पोलिसांच्या तपासानंतरच या कोळसा चोरीमागे कोणाचा हात आहे. या बंद डांबर प्लांटमधील कोळसा चोरीची माहितीही पोलिसांना नाही. हे आश्चर्यकारक आहे.

महामिनरल्स बेनिफिट प्रायव्हेट लिमिटेड कोल वॉशरीजमध्ये काम करणारे 'बालाजी' ट्रान्सपोर्टचे संचालक गुरुजी एका राजकीय पक्षाचे प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष आहेत. त्यांच्या खाली चालणारा हा ट्रक कोळसा भरल्यानंतर ताडाळी रेल्वे साईडिंगपर्यंत पोहोचला नाही. घटना घडल्याच्या तीन दिवसापर्यंत वॉशरीज प्रबंधनाने तक्रार का दिली नाही?

वाहतुकीचे कंत्राट घेणारे बालाजी ट्रान्सपोर्टरने ट्रक योग्य ठिकाणी पोहचला की नाही याची शहानिशा का केली नाही व तक्रार का दिली

घुग्घूस ताडाळी अंतर खूप कमी असल्या नंतर ही घटनेची तक्रार तीन दिवसांनी कुणाला वाचविण्याचा हा प्रयत्न आहे. कोळसा चोरीचा हा प्रकार किती दिवसापासून सुरू असून महाजनकोला जाणारा कोळसा बाजारात कसा ?

प्रत्येक वाहनाला GPS सिस्टीम लावण्यात आली असून निर्धारित वेळात वाहन न पोहचल्यास वॉशरीज तर्फे दंडात्मक कारवाई केली जाते. वाहन बेपत्ता असल्याची माहिती का मिळाली नाही.

बालाजी ट्रान्सपोर्टरचे संचालक हे शहरातील गुरुजी प्रमुख राजकीय पक्षाचे प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष तथा शहराचे अध्यक्ष असल्याने त्यांच्यावर कोल वॉशरीज प्रबंधन कारवाई करतील काय ?

वॉशरीज ही घुग्घुस पोलीस स्टेशन अंतर्गत असून घटनास्थळ हे पडोली पोलीस स्टेशन अंतर्गत येत असल्याने या प्रकरणाचा तपास कोण करतील ? असे अनेक प्रश्नांचा उलघडा पोलीस करतील काय याकडे संपूर्ण शहराचे लक्ष लागले आहेत.

Coal theft has once again been exposed in Ghugus town and there is a lot of excitement everywhere.  (Usgaon) On September 26, truck MH 34 BG-6229 from Yethil Mahaminerals Beneficiation Pvt. Ltd. Coal Washies was leaving from Ghugus Sakharwahi route to unload more than 35 tonnes of coal at Tadali railway siding.  But this truck did not reach Tadali railway siding.

Today on Thursday (September 29) Coal Washeries management has filed a complaint against the truck (MH 34 BG 6229) operating under 'Balaji' Transport at Ghugus Police Station.

Today evening, the team of Thanedar Baban Pusate of Ghugus police station detained the truck driver Pradeep Wasekar and interrogated him.  On the night of 26th, it was reported that the truck MH 34 BG 6229 loaded with coal.

 After noticing that more than 35 tonnes of coal was being emptied from the closed dumper mixing plant, the police took the driver Pradeep Wasekar to the spot and found a few tonnes of coal lying in the dumper plant.  Now only after the investigation of Ghugus police will we know who is behind this coal theft.  The police also have no information about the theft of coal from this closed asphalt plant.  This is amazing.

 'Balaji', who works at Mahaminerals Benefit Pvt Ltd Coal Washies, is a Director of Transport and Regional Vice President of a political party.  The truck running below them did not reach the Tadali railway siding after filling with coal.  Why didn't the management of the laundries file a complaint until three days after the incident?

Why didn't Balaji Transporter who took the transport contract check whether the truck reached the right place or not and why didn't they file a complaint?

This is an attempt to save someone after reporting the incident three days after the Ghugus Tadali distance was very short.  How long has this type of coal theft been going on and how is the coal going to Mahajanak in the market?

Every vehicle has been fitted with a GPS system and if the vehicle does not arrive within the stipulated time, penal action is taken by the washeries.  Why was there no information that the vehicle was missing?

Since the director of Balaji Transporter is the regional vice-president and city president of a major political party in the city, will the coal washeries management take action against him?

Who will investigate the matter as the washaries are under Ghugus police station and the incident site is under Padoli police station?  The attention of the whole city has turned to whether the police will solve many such questions.
