गुजरातमध्ये दारू तस्करीसाठी चंद्रपुरातील वाहने चोरी ; रामनगर पोलीसांनी चोराला केली अटक

चंद्रपूर : जिल्ह्यात दारूबंदी असताना अनेकांनी मोठया प्रमाणात दारू तस्करी केली होती, दारूबंदी उठली आणि तस्करांचा बाजार सुद्धा, मात्र आता ज्या राज्यात दारूबंदी आहे त्याठिकाणी दारूची तस्करी करण्यासाठी चंद्रपूर जिल्ह्यातील वाहनांचा उपयोग करण्यासाठी बुलढाणा व गुजरात मधील चोरांनी वाहने चोरी केली. रामनगर पोलीसांनी एका आरोपीला अटक केली आहे.आरोपीकडून 12 लाख 50 हजाराचा मुद्देमाल जप्त करण्यात आला आहे.

सध्या दुसरा आरोपी लखनसिंग हा फरार असून त्याचा शोध घेणे सुरू आहे. गुन्हे शोध पथकाने हा गंभीर गुन्हा अवघ्या 12 तासात उघड केला आहे, या गुन्ह्यात आरोपिकडून तब्बल 12 लाख 50 हजारांचा मुद्देमाल जप्त करण्यात आला आहे.

शहरातील सर्व नागरिक व व्यापाऱ्यांनी सुरक्षेच्या दृष्टीने आपल्या घरी व दुकानावर सीसीटीव्ही कॅमेरे बसवावे असे आवाहन हर्षल एकरे यांनी केले आहे.सदरची कारवाई जिल्हा पोलीस अधीक्षक अरविंद साळवे, उपविभागीय पोलीस अधिकारी सुधीर नंदनवार यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली रामनगर पोलीस स्टेशनचे पोलीस निरीक्षक राजेश मुळे, गुन्हे शोध पथक प्रमुख सपोनि हर्षल एकरे, पोउपनी विनोद भुरले, रजनीकांत पुठ्ठावार, किशोर वैरागडे, पेतरस सिडाम, प्रशांत शेंदरे, अशोक मरसकोल्हे, विनोद यादव, पांडुरंग वाघमोडे व सायबर सेल मधील कर्मचाऱ्यांनी यशस्वीपणे पार पाडली.

On August 20, Pankaj Mishra and Manvir Singh Thillar, who live near Shastri Nagar and Bhavanji Bhai High School, filed a complaint about the theft of a four-wheeler at the Ramnagar police station. Seeing the seriousness of the incident, police inspector Rajesh Mule instructed the head of the crime investigation team, Saponi Harshal Ekre, to investigate the case.  The crime investigation team visited the spot and checked the footage of the CCTV camera in the area, based on which the police chased the vehicle used in the crime and found the vehicle in Junona Road Babupeth area.  Atros vehicle number MH GJ 02 DM 0559 used in the crime was seized and information of the vehicle owner was obtained.  32-year-old Satnam Singh Pratap Singh Bawari, Res.  Shedla, Mehkar District Buldhana, was detained and interrogated and confessed to stealing the vehicle.  It was informed that the said vehicles were located near the relative's house at Budhnagar Babupeth, both the said vehicles No. MH 04 CA 4092 and MH 12 DS 7842 were seized.  When the accused Bavari was interrogated thoroughly, it was informed that Lakhan Singh Tripal Singh Sardar, a resident of Vadnagar in the state of Gujarat, is involved in this crime and that Lakhan Singh will use these vehicles for smuggling liquor in the state of Gujarat.  Both the accused have been booked for burglary, theft and illegal sale of liquor in other districts of Maharashtra state.

At present, the second accused, Lakhan Singh, is absconding and the search for him is on.  The crime investigation team has revealed this serious crime in just 12 hours, in this crime, as much as 12 lakh 50 thousand worth of material has been seized from the accused.
